Nowell's ships in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) by UPS Ground or USPS Priority and USPS First Class. 

You must choose the Free Shipping option at check out to take advantage of the Free Shipping perk. 

If you need the items by a certain date please note in the comment box so we can alert you to any problems. We do not offer expedited shipping on our site because we cannot guarantee the date of arrival date due to some packages are shipped from locations other than our warehouse. Normally a package will take between 2 and 10 days to reach a customer. If a package does not reach you in 10 days from purchase date please alert us at [email protected] and we will initiate a lost package inquiry.

PLEASE NOTE: USPS PRIORITY MAIL IS NOT EXPEDITED SHIPPING. 

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange it within 60 days.

• Nowells has a 60 day return policy for merchandise purchased from Nowells Online that has not been worn, altered, monogrammed, damaged, laundered, and is with original packaging.
• Please note that if we hem pants to your specifications these pants will not be returnable under any circumstances.

 Your refund will be for the full purchase price of the item unless otherwise noted. 

Orders cannot be canceled but you may return unwanted orders to the address below for a refund of the items on the order.

• To take advantage of the Free Returns policy you must email us at [email protected]  or fill out form below and we will email you back electronic shipping label for your package.  In your email please put the name of the items you are returning so we may estimate weight, you will only be issued one free return label per order and it must be within 30 days of receiving the order.
• Please try to enclose the packing slip or a copy of email receipt so that we may correctly identify the sale and purchase price. If you did not save the email receipt we can identify the sales invoice by the name of the purchaser.
• Put the return in a box with your name or invoice number
• The refund is made on the bank card used for the purchase.
• Any items purchased at 50% off or more are a FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
